Spay Montgomery is a program that enables qualified Montgomery County residents to have their pets spayed or neutered for $10. To be eligible, residents must meet one of the following criteria:
1. A Medicaid recipient with a current Medicaid card OR
2. A low-income individual as designated by HUD Guidelines (pay stub or tax return required).
Proof of Montgomery County residency is required (current drivers license or a utility bill with the individual’s current address).
This $10 fee covers the cost of the surgery, all pain medications given both during and after the surgery, antibiotic injection, anesthesia, and free follow up visit.
